This is the dish that draws the day and night crowd - XO Fish Head Bee Hoon. The soup is made of fish broth mixed with XO. Not sure how much XO is added, at least not enough to make one take nonsense.The fish slices have been fried before adding to the thick bee hoon and the soup.
$10 for a 2-pax portion. 
A little expensive but it is well worth it.
